A member of the business office staff will contact you before your procedure to verify insurance and billing information. Should you be responsible for a copay, deductible, or any part of your bill you will be notified at this time. Please keep in mind, the bill you receive from Loveland Surgery Center is only for the our facility fee. You will receive separate bills from your surgeon and the anesthesia provider.
When you arrive at the surgery center, please make sure you have your medical insurance card and photo identification ready when you check in. If your insurance provider requires a copay or deductible, you will need to make that payment when you check in on the day of your procedure. We will bill your insurance company for the balance, if any. Loveland Surgery Center accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Care Credit as payment.
